I paid for the land registry diagram. either my garden has stolen a bit from the neighbours at the rear of my next door has shortened theirs | |

If you hit a few copper nails in to a tree they say that it should die after a period of time,mate did try it on one and the thing is still alive 22 years later. | |

That`s what i would do also,cut the branches off that you need to get a good reception and more light and if someone moans then give them a bill/quote for the tree surgery. | |

Who looks after the land that the tree is on as after about 10 years or so that person can claim ownership if knowone can be found to own it. | |

The only waqy to find out who would be responsible for the tree would be by looking at the title plans and finding out who cut themselves short of a few feet of land in an attempt to alieviate themselves of responsibility for the tree. | |

there is a tree inbetween gardens. both sides have fenced off before the tree so it is effectively in limbo |
