No it doesn't. It's the fee to arrange it. But high chance you will get accepted if meet all criteria.

Just completing an online application for a remortage, and they are asking I pay the product fee now.

Does this mean we've been accepted for the remortgage? :rolleyes:

Having never done this I don't have a clue :lol:
