well yeah hes right, he should still come back though and sort it for you, hes left the job fucked up.

If it was me id start looking at the shower pump and work back from there. Impossible for me to give you anymore really with out comming seeing it. it could be something really simple

I say try and get the bloke back

is it this type of shower

OR

This type of shower

if its the top one then its a fault with the shower if water is comming out.

If its the bottom one then you should trace the pipe back to the pump and check from there. could be that a bit of debris or something could have got to the pump, or a simple valve could have been left closed

im not fully sure how it all works, from what i can gather, it is gravity fed, when i turn the shower on, i can hear the pump working and the water is warm for about 45-60 seconds

what sort of shower is it? if you have a tank Id expect you to have an power shower with a pump or an electric shower? that only needs a cold water main

if you have an electric shower then maybe the person that fitted the tank has cut the main off to it in the loft, if its a gravity fed shower then I reckon you have an airlock somewhere.

try running the shower with the head down in the bath and see how you get on

Hi all, had a new water tank fitted and everything was working fine, now the taps for both the sink and bath have hot water where as the shower does not, what could be the problem for this?
