I reckon the hot water plate heat exchanger is fucked if its an all in one jobbie, Il admit though Im not a whizz at fixing boilers though, I dont really get involved with repairs if I can help it | |

timers can be dodgy on these and put the heating on although there is no demand. | |

I live in a 2 bedroom 1st floor flat. The radiators are always on in the lounge (albeit a fairly low heat), even if the central heating is turned off on the boiler. The only time they go off is if I turn the boiler off at the mains. |
