I only know the bare basics, nothing much about specific gaskets unfortunately. I'd give a couple of places a call and see if they can help. If not pretend you might want double glazing just to get them to have a look :lol: | |

Andy - I don't know how much you know about double glazing etc. but there's like a zillion different types of gaskets you can get for windows, I cut a piece off to measure a couple of points on it but all my searches online to find the exact size have been fruitless. | |

The wall that looks out to our back garden is subsiding, patio door and kitchen window don't open properly because there are no lintels on the top of them - I highly doubt he will spend money on window gaskets when he can't even be arsed to fixed a small problem like his house falling apart :lol: | |

Landlord will be responsible for maintaining windows. Why not complain and either get him to fix or replace them? | |
