Gutted, had a look at it today and there is absolutely nowhere to park our cars and no obvious way of creating a driveway:mad: Looks like its a no go and I assume this is why its so cheap. | |

10k would get it all sorted to a good standard but as you said it depends on fittings etc, you could quite easily spend 10k on a kitchen if you wanted | |

Right, a house has come up for sale in an area where I really want to move too and has lovely views over the river. It is stupidly cheap for the area which has got me thinking there is something wrong with it but I'll find that out when I go to view it later in the week. |
