We bought a reposessed house a few months ago. We offered £10k under asking price and they accepted so thy are deffinetley cheaper. :) | |

Repos are usually put through the larger agents linked with mortgage companies. Countrywide are the largest and are everywhere but they often put them on joint too as some have special terms. Ring round ur local agencies and ask if they're on a panel for any of the repo firms. | |

the house 2 doors down from me is a repossessed house, its for sale with the estate agents, atho it has had most windows smashed and the boiler nicked wich left running water thru the house, | |

I bought my flat as a repossesed property, it was listed in a local estate agency. Offers over £28k :lol: I paid a lil bit more than that & its worth 70-75k now! Not bad 1st gaff!! :thumbs: | |

Can you buy these? Where? As far as I know it is mainly auction, but thought there may be a specialist listing agent on the internet somewhere where you could browse through a few? |
