Eco homes are a good investment, they comand higher values now as people are becoming more eco friendly to the environment etc. | |

quote: :lol: you would think so but not on the 2beds. basically it is clad in a material called trespa which is made from wood, plastic, metal etc so they class it as a eco home, also has some kind of eco hat thing to make heating cheaper but to me sounds like aload of bull :lol: as they are timber frame and no outer face brickwork they are very well insulated. They have won an award for being a lowcost eco home, we only went for it as its new, got carpet, white goods and it gets us on the ladder i will add pics soon | |

No pics uploaded yet :lol: Basically we put a deposit down on a newbuild timberframe eco home in january and they have just put the timber frame up. So its well on the move for complition in septembe/october the waiting game has now changed to progress :) |
