looks a good job, I fitted a kitchen sink the otherday, after I piped it up and tested it I ripped the blue plastic off,

the woman went ape and thought she actually thought she had a blue sink, she was gutted it was silver really :o

 im only 21 the work i do mainly is all 2nd fix and 1st fix dont't do many kitchen fits they normally sub them out on the ferm i work for.

altho i dont pay for my router bits i always use a new cutter for my worktops and always cut from the post formed edge back, but sure you learnt that

bluudy hell... I'm a decorator.. and now done more kitchens than you

joking apart, if you're practical about these things and take your time, its all possible.
only had one hick up... the router BIT I used (once) three years ago.. was a bit blunt, so It didn't cut a FEMALE joint as good as a new BIT, but once I went out and got another BIT... had no problems using the JIG..... had to keep checking the instruction sheet though.

we've had Joiner in to do the fitted mirror wardrobes he'll also hang the doors...and the builder/joiner has almost finished the skirting/frames etc :)

Yeah altho im a Carpenter i don't blame people like you'r self doing it them selfs. ive done about 5 kitchen fits on my own im confident at it and can do it well but wouldn't want to do it everyday much rather hang doors and fit skirtting and architrave

it was as cheap if not cheaper to buy the stuf to do the worktops (from Scewfix) than hire them, as i couldn't get them all done over a weekend, I've also go a kitche to do at a rented flt I have too so thought it might be better to hav my own stuff. :)

we hope to be in at the end of the month.. start of april.... well want to have a party for my birthday at the start of may.. so need to be in for then at least.

The kitchens almost done now.. all being well will be 99% done at the weekend, just waiting for sparky to wire cooker/extractor up and a few other bits and bobs. Also needs plumber to tweek the plumbing in the sink.

BUT... today I've added part 1 of the kitchen unit lights.....

don't you think it's just chavtastic :)
