iirc you can claim something like 3 to 4 months free if the buildings empty, you need to supply proof though. | |

You should get it free mate, when I bought mine I spent about 4 months gutting it and putting the bedroom and bathroom back together, just rang my local council and told them and they told me I could have it free for six months and if I hadn't moved in after that time then I'd get a reduced rate. | |
