So long as the tracker deal isn't worse, there's normally an additional .5% or so put on top of BoE rate, which can go up if rates are good. | |

I'm just about to undergo a tracker mortgage - so will see a £20 a month drop when the building society follows the drop and changes the rate. | |

if you keep the payment at the same level as before you will overpay the mortgage meaning less £££ spent on interest | |
