I certainly wouldn't be doing repairs in a rented place.

Tell them you've got mould in the house while coughing loudly down the phone from the bottom of your lungs

the landlord and house is shite, cant contact the landlord one to one, we have to go through a agency she uses. the amount of stuff thats important to go wrong with this place is incredible, i mean for example, weve got the ivy from the roof coming in through the kitchen skirting board behind the fridge, the place is falling apart

if its a rented house it shouldnt have any mould - tell the landlord and make sure he sorts it out

....getting 'cosmetic' mould off of a painted bathroom wall / ceiling? Think cheap cheap as its only a rented house and in shite condition anyway  |
