o yea know all about that, im geting good at it and i know the maintenance team on first name terms, also got their bloody mobile numbers so i aint got to go through the agency ;)

I certainly wouldn't be doing repairs in a rented place.

end of the day danny its the landlords responcibility to sort it out, write out a list and contact the agency

if you havent had a responce in a week, call again, and again, and again

You dont pay X amount a month to live in a shitty house remember!

the landlord and house is shite, cant contact the landlord one to one, we have to go through a agency she uses. the amount of stuff thats important to go wrong with this place is incredible, i mean for example, weve got the ivy from the roof coming in through the kitchen skirting board behind the fridge, the place is falling apart

....getting 'cosmetic' mould off of a painted bathroom wall / ceiling? Think cheap cheap as its only a rented house and in shite condition anyway :thumbs:
