a retaining wall would be holding back about 2.5 metres high and 6.5meters long, do people think it'll need two concrete blocks (Laid Down) width to hold that weight back? | |

well i've offered 71K and the agents just rang and the vendor is thinking about it overnight. its been on 4 weeks and houses sell slow up these parts, this is the first offer they've had so im not going to jump in too high for the sake of it :) | |
