relating to the other thread i made in here, had a crap builder ect, hes been paid, not bothered about that as my parents paid and it was up to them if they wanted to.

im more bothered about seeing if there is any one to complain to as i dont want the guy doing it to any one else in the future, any trading standards or bodies that are there to stop dodgy builders ?
