Nice one, did the same mate, although it was 3 years rather than 6 months, completely refurbished flat, then as soon as it was finished, sold it lol.....enjoy, is so much nicer having a house though, no annoying twats above or below and your own private garden :thumbs:

I haven't been on here for a while but seems like more and more people are getting on the ladder.
After owning my flat since last September and refurbishing it spending about 9k I finally sold it on tuesday!
Now I've put what I made on it down for a deposit and moved in to my 2 bed victorian terrace on Tuesday also:D

I've always wanted a house from the start but couldn't afford it, after 6 months of hard work and a few month with my feet up I now can and am going to start all over and do the house up.
