Bacon, burgers, sausages, veggie kebab things with pepper, red onion, mushroom etc, chicken, cooked in the oven and warmed up on the barbecue.

You've just given me inspiration for the next BBQ :D

As for the bananas, if you want to do it properly then slice them lengthways (but dont cut through the bottom), put in a spoonful of brown sugar and a dash of brown rum. It's soooooooo nice! Spare ribs are always good too, or steak.

fresh Tuna, Swordfish or Halibut - basically any meaty fish - BBQ it in a foil parcel with a finely sliced fresh chillies, lemon zest and Lemon Grass squeeze of lemon juice and a few king prawns!

Fish is definately best cooked on a BBQ!

corn on cob, chicken thighs, baked potatoe, kebab skewers, banana (wrap in tin foil)

we have had about 3-4 over the last few weeks, hopefully having 1 2mora if weather is good like last weekend.

We are having one tomorrow, gunna do burgers and sasuages but not sure on what else to get :lol:
