according to watchdog they shouldnt force you to close your account | |

Yeh but I owe them money, as ive spent the money in my overdraft... so if i claimed back bank charges could they then say, "hang on you owe us x amount of pounds and we want it back" ??? | |

Im in two minds whether to do it or not as I have an overdraft facility with my bank and im almost on the limit of it and havent got the money to pay it back in one go... but can they turn round and say they are closing my bank account and want the money back in so many days? |
