Start looking when you can actually go for it, there will be similar properties on the market when you come to buy... just not that one

Hi James,

Looks like we're from the same neck of the woods, as I'm a Staines boy :)

Also looking into to buying around this area, but you cant get much for less than £180k :( Even with moving in with the mrs we're still going to be mortgaged up to our eyeballs.

How are you getting round the problem?

James

Woking is ideal for commuting to London IMO.

Its a nice area with nice surrounding towns and villages.

Trains from Woking to Waterloo take between 25 and 35 minutes so it's perfect.

The good thing about it, is that although it's pretty close to London, it's not like places like Wimbledon, it still has a fairly rural feel about it.

yeh i may take a look i was unsure how far out it was, i'm also looking at south norwood, it has good write ups and general sounds half decent fairly green too considering how near london it is....

Have you looked at any apartments in Elevetham Heath in fleet? Thats a nice new area and is very close to the station which is on the same line as Woking so direct to Waterloo.

Second one has en-suite and a fantastic living room. Thats not so ridiculously priced if you're comparing your area, you would pay 170ish for one of comparable floor area near me.
