i am just trying to check all avenues as what i had planned doesnt look like it will come off :(

just found a nice property though :thumbs:
good time of year aswell as people may want out/into new house before xmas

Your about 5 years late for property auctions mate. Everyone is wise to it and the houses make what they are worth if not more when you get "bid happy people".
