yes that about right on a 25yr £127k mortagage my payments are £720 so thats about right for £105k

Nah will be about that....I'm going sort of by my mortgage etc with Northern rock..

will be £500-£600 depending on interest rate etc.

go and see an intependant mortgage advisor and they'll give you some idea on where is best to go and what sort of price you'd be looking at.

£135k great looking place by me brand new, goin to put deposit down of 30k how much would that make my monthly payments?
house prices r harsh these days compared to the 90's where aunty bought her house for 65k now it worth 130k :!
any other people having problems getting on the property ladder?
