But how do banks go around investigating such causes?? I mean is there any way they will recoup this money back for themselves?

I'd say so if its happening twice.

Why is his limit so high as well? I use my cc just for online stuff so the limit is a few hundred quid!

He should get his money back but i think he is going to cancel his card after all this trouble. He only really uses this specific card to buy online so maybe something dodgy is happening with the sites he is buying from!

happened to my dad twice last year!! Nothing to worry about the banks take the hit just a pain having to get the cards changed!!

Just found out that my brothers credit card has been cloned again:mad::mad:This time last year his card was cloned but luckily Barclays repaid the 2k the a$$holes took. Just found out that some robbin twat has taken another 3k off his credit card:!:mad::mad::mad:
