I would be getting a solicitor on job and having a formal agreement made up . Ie if it gets planning passed you will pay x amount . Otherwise he might let you pay out get it passed then decide not to sell it you | |

Up in scotland, and it may be the same in england, but you fill out separate land ownership certificates when making a planning application. | |

Yes you can, but would involve serving notice on the legal owner. Happens all the time. | |

yes i think you can as there is a volvo garage outside my work and a big chain pub have put in for planning permission and no one at volvo new anything about it as it wasnt up for sale, | |
