	The nhbc are the biggest cowboys in the business. Its also unreal the length sites go to just to keep the site inspectors happy, all because they want an nhbc award.

	You'll be issued a 10 year NHBC/Zurich guarantee so they're fairly safe to purchase. None of the housebuilders are amazing at the aftercare bit though, most things need chasing several times from my experience.

	Does anyone have experiences of this company either bought a house or know people who work for them. Looking at a new development near me and just wondering what they are like.
