Hmmm, wonder what the rate would be if they offered standard 95% LTV.

No mention of LTV on the letter I had in.

Just that all the current schemes in place aren't included.

We had the same from halifax last year. It made buying the house possible for us! £1400 was a big saving so almost paid for the carpets!

Is there a minimum LTV on this? Could be very interested as timing wise this would save us ~£1400.

Just a heads up that RBS group are offering an upcoming incentive for paying stamp duty on mortgage applications.

They will pay sdlt on the 1% bracket for first time buyers on qualifying applications made between 04 march and 06 may.

These are not in conjunction with help to buy, buy to let etc.

Applications under 1% bracket get £250 cashback.
