can't beat white shower/sink/bath/toilet when clean imo, especially if it's a small bathroom.

I did, I just didnt tile it for two reasons. Firstly after tiling 4 walls from floor to ceiling I was sick of it plus if your going to lay tiles on chipboard floorboards they advise you to lay some 3/4" marine ply to prevent movement.
As the bathroom is already small I didnt want to shrink it any more and neither did I want a step going into the room.

you dont have to use ply to prevent movement - they do special adhesive

I wasn't having a go but the modern tiling makes the floor look dated

Black shinney tiles with silver sparkly bits are a must have.

earthy colours and whotes and blacks seem to be the in thing.

personally, all white/chrome bathrooms when clean look amazing, especially when you use qualoty products rather than the b and q value range.

i also like the idea of big beige colour wall tiles with the vertical strip of tiny mosaic tiles in the cwmtre of the sink/bath/shower

Going to be doing the bathroom soon and looking for some ideas that people have..

like the square looking toilet and sink, concealed shower unit in the wall, quartz floor tiles and some nice 300x600 wall tiles with a mosaic border or something similar... just want ideas of what other people have done

although ive got it worked out on my head im hopeless with the colours

any pics would be good!
