read my reply on rob-b page 2 its not easy to work out as it varies and its not cheap as there are hidden costs all over the place

How much per month should you budget for the various bills etc

Looking at about £500 a month on a mortgage

Already have a 15% deposit coming out of my £22k savings

Just need a rough idea on council tax, water, gas, electric, insurance etc etc etc :boggle:
