if yo revert back in 12 months, they leave it in and charge you on the fixed rate | |

Thats true BlueCorsa, I think though if he was to sell the property before 12 months the new owner couldnt take up this clause or something? So it may put off a buyer. | |

I thought that if you choose to have one, then you have upto 1 year to decide whether you want to keep it or you can have it taken out? | |

they do work out cheaper in most case, you do have to be careful though, stick a brick in your toilet cistern :lol: | |

dunno lol but everybody told me before i bought my house water meters were expensive, and we pay less than all my family not on them so go figure lol.......... | |
