Contact the council, or copy the papers saying that its shared parking, removing any refernce to your name/address, highlight the bit that states shared parking and post it through their letter box at a time when they aren't there

You don't want to kick off to the landlord unless you have 2, some people can turn into twats and make your life a misery if you have nasty neighbours.

They probably don't even realise its shared...

This is probably a real longshot, but is it possible to find out the owner of a property anywhere? from the local council etc?

Reason I want to know is the people next door to me are dicks and are using the private drive, which is supposed to be 1/4 ownership between the four houses on our cul de sac as there own private car park:mad: I think its possible that as he is renting he hasn't seen the deeds, and dosen't realise its shared ownership.

However he's an ignorant wanker and I'd rather just tell his landlord and get him to have a word.

Any ideas most appreciated.:thumbs:
