Does any 1 know much about buyina a repo house. there is some rule that once draft contracts have been exchanged it has to stay on the market for 28 days?

But the solicitors said to get all forms sent back asap will better your chance of getting. but if some1 puts in a higher offer its theres? dont really know what they r on about?

The eta of them receiving the contracts are 24th of may. thats fooking ages away, then ill have to wait 28 days on top :mad:
