as nik said depends on the materials used.

A basic job using not so expensive paving i reckon you're looking at between £500 - £800

Obviously depends on the stone, my old man had a patio laid but it cost around £3000 - used old victorian stone VERY heavy. I'd go for something half decent as cheap slabs look awful IMO. Best bet is to get 4-5 quotes and ask for references/pics etc.

We had a crazy paving patio laid by a family friend using York Stone.

He did a crap job but we just left it, but we are now no longer friends (long story).

I was wondering how much roughly it would cost for someone to come in and re-lay it using a cheap-ish stone. It about 25 square metres at most.

Before you say do it yourself, if the guy that did it couldnt get it right, then I have no chance :)

Thanks.
