Easily get a kitchen for that much

me and my dad fitted my sisters kitchen, only bit we didn't do was plumbing and electrics

Got a number for a plasterer if you want but might be just bit out your area

more than anything I'm just after a rough guide atm; I've got good contacts in trades (plumbers/builders and plasterers) so should get good deals - but need to sort out initial budget for work first

1. 1500, best off getting quotes tbh, i had my kitchen, lounge, diner, and 3 bedrooms done for £500 by richies dads friend - ask around if anyone could do it for you on the cheap

2. 3k sounds about right, 1k - 1.5k for your appliances and 2k for units - but then without a size its hard to guess. My Kitchens 15ft x 7ft and bought the units/worktop and sink for £350, tiles £40 then fridge, cooker, washing machine and microwave for £700 so we did it all for about £1100.... will post a pic

1) Fully re-plastering a 3 bed semi ( 3rd room is a box)

walls would be prepped and ready to go; so would just need final plaster. I was guessing at £2000 ish

2) A fitted Kitchen; nothing too fancy - one that works and looks relatively good, with all electrical items; again had an idea of £3000 - £3500

Been to see a house or two this weekend and the one that jumped out requires probably 6 months part time renovation on it
