looks good; like the tile itself - would have looked a bit better had you staggered the joins though (overlapped them) but thats just IMO | |

Started doing the grouting today, what a shitty time consuming job! Got bored after about 2 hours and given up for the night :lol: | |

Nah its not too bed, we have an upside down house so the dining room is upstairs, we got insulation between the floors but they still get heated a bit :thumbs: | |

Good work Matt :thumbs: get them cleaned up then get some slate sealer on them, will make them nice and shiny (if you want that finish) and will also make them easier to clean, i prefer the look of stone tiles when sealed as they look a lot more expensive and professional. | |

Sorry about the poor pics, the flash on my phone has broken since it got soaked with sea water :lol: I'll get one more daylight pic tomorrow. Ive never done tiling before so was also a good learning experience, didnt do too bad a job :thumbs: |
