Living cost for starters, extortionate taxes, poor healthcare, escalating crime.

basically everything that is on the news everyday.

House is going for market value of £200k, wish it was a bit more really but its the surrounding area that brings the price down, woolwich was once voted highest violent crime rate in london a year or so back. hasnt changed much IMO.

As both of my parents are retired now (early) they have decided that they could live happily on their pensions in Morocco and be closer to the rest of my family on my dads side. and its only about 3 hours from england by plane so my mum can easily go and see her family up in manchester quite easily.

Woolwich London...
3 BEdrooms...

Probably about £250,000-£300,000+

Nice place, but a small Garden, but then you are in town...

I'd fcuk off to Marocco and start a new life. Your parents have the right idea...

Parents have decided to sell up and get out of this stinking country before it gets any worse. They have bought a brand new 2 bed apartment in my dad's hometown, Larache in Morocco.

Wish i could go with them but i cant make a life for myself out there just yet as i dont have the money for myself. (dont really wanna ponse off the parents all my life)

So i thought i would show you the pics of my house as it is at the moment, just going through the selling process, had loads of offers of the asking price and accepted one so just waiting for all the paperwork to go through.

Pics are small as i nicked them from the website where they are advertised.

Front

Downstairs hallway

Kitchen complete with designer pineapple!

Lounge/Dining area

Parents room

My Room

Spare room

Upstairs Bathroom with WC

And the back yard

Will really miss this house but am looking forward to getting my own place in the near future.

Most of the work done by myself with the help of my dad here and there. has almost been totally refurbed in the last 2 years been hard work but think it looks neat.
