quote: I used to ride hard tail and unless jumping I despised it! Even just on small trails. And I never do any jumping anyway now. I believe you can get lock out rear shocks still I think they were on specialized. Sounds a good idea but I never bothered looking into it

If you're just doing trails and canal path, a decent hardball new or used will he far more efficient than full suspension, and you don't need full suspension.

If your gonna spend a grand may as well get quality though. It's not a hardcore bike it's an xc bike perfect for what you want but it's built to last and will take the knocks in its stride. I don't know what the boardman full sus is now but in 2012/2013 it was a grand new.

Not really looking for something spectacular just something I can use to go out and about on. Tor ride on a few tracks and along the cannels

Looking to get back into my riding now the weather has got better, just wondering what ideas of which bike to go for as its been a while since I researched bikes. Looking to spend around £1000, ideally id like a full suspension. been looking at a few mondraker bikes, any other ideas? |
