Get one of those foam tube things and run it back and forth up and down the back of your legs mate. | |

Stretch in the mornings when ya get up and likewise in the evenings before ya go to bed. I played football for my school team and my Uncle's gf is a sports physio. | |

ive had physio on my knees and ankles and they pointed it out, but they mentioned nothing about fixing it. i know footballers that have had it and they havnt had it cured | |

for as long as i remember ive not been able to straighten my legs properly, always have a slight bend at the knee. |
