Get one of those foam tube things and run it back and forth up and down the back of your legs mate.

I asked the Mrs she does loads of sports massage as well as beauty/relaxation.
She recommends getting your legs massaged regularly and sitting on the floor legs as straight as poss and pushing your knees down and reaching for your feet. But don't over do it.

Stretch in the mornings when ya get up and likewise in the evenings before ya go to bed. I played football for my school team and my Uncle's gf is a sports physio.

ive had physio on my knees and ankles and they pointed it out, but they mentioned nothing about fixing it. i know footballers that have had it and they havnt had it cured

for as long as i remember ive not been able to straighten my legs properly, always have a slight bend at the knee.

is there anyway to get rid? stretching? or am i stuck with them

makes my knees really sore sometimes
