I'm doing this at the moment - Started on Sunday and finding myself completely wrecked by about 7pm. Gym is a struggle. On Monday and Tuesday I had the shakes too :lol: | |

You're energy level will drop but if you can get used to it it isn't bad. If you're lazy and dedicated look at Cambridge diet | |

Thinking of starting something along the lines of the above to shed a few pounds whilst I try and get fit at the gym. |
