Originally posted by Paul_J I've made about £300 ish since the start of the darts BDO touranment! bring on a win from webster, I covered it days ago when webster was 9/2  :D Got a E/W bunged on there at 1/3 for the 2nd. So even if he loses tommorrow i win, but if he win's I win more :D ace Darts FTW combined with 'in running betting' Essentially i treat the darts game like a stock market, where their betting odds of each player may rise and fall, it's knowing when to put money on a player, when to stick it out and when to cover your bet. For example Martin Adams earlier in the week was in a game where at the start he had crap odds to bet on, he went like 3 sets down, I knew he'd come back so chucked money on now his odds were high he pulled it all the way back, was close to winning, i chucked a little on the other guy (as now the other guys odds were high) to cover my initial amount of money, and then martin wins = loads of money for me, or if he hadn't of won, my money back (or better). Win win situation. Been doing similar all the way through, infact in the first leg of most, if it goes see sawing - i.e. one guy leading, the next guy leading through the leg, you can watch the in running odds bounce back and forth between them and if you are quick you can chuck a bet on each one as they peak thus honestly making you money whatever the outcome!
