I can only guess because he is on a free he will be a squad player, as expect Fowler to be leaving in the summer.

Hes not bad but looked fairly bland in the WC :S

WOuldn't say hes the kind of player you should be signing though :S

Anyone know anything about him?

Looks like we've more or less signed a pre-contract with him for this summer, but all I know is he has scored 6 in 20 games for Bayern Leverkusen this season.

So he isnt a prolific scorer...is he a target man such as Crouch, or a deep playmaker forward such as Kuyt?! Just seems strange to be signing him unless Crouch will be going.
