Totally agree with you're points hammer, its refreshing to hear an opinion from a celtic fan not being biased.

I think we have to give le guen time as he is a manager with a superb reputation. I doubt very much that murray with sack him, he needs time to let the team gel.

I think he still doesnt know his best 11, think he has to adapt our formation in the SPL, it works well in europe but not in our domestic league.

My only worry is he decides to leave as he has done before with rennes.

I think he totally under estimated the SPL and bought poor quality players..

But I also think he has to be given time 1 season at least..Can't judge him on 1/4 of the season....

It us all about rebuilding......

As said he is a good mananger after what he done with lyon...Time is the key I feel.

Yip and its the only reason there isn't a 500 strong party of rangers fans at the gates of Ibrox baying for blood like they did last year for Alex McLeish, even though he had a better start.

He took Lyon from Jacques Santini as champions won the league 3 times in a row then fell out with the board.

I will be honest though the superb Lyon team you see just now was built by him so he obviously is a talented manager, i just hate how nothing is his fault, its the board, the players, the lack of money, the poor standard of the SPL etc etc

Didn't he do really well with Lens or Lyon, whoever it was?

monsieur Le Guen?

Rangers beat 2 nil against St Johnstone at Ibrox :o

Time must be ticking on him, fair enough he's only been in the job for a number of months but they're going backwards rather than forwards.

I bet when he does leave though the blame is left firmly at the feet of the Ibrox board and Le Guen picks up a job in the Premiership with his reputation intact
