Monday - Rest
Tuesday - 5aside with work
Wednesday - 5aside 50 mins League
Thursday - Training sunday team
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Saturday team match
Sunday - Match for Sunday team

Running 3 miles in 40 mins??

That definately is a slow jog

only reason why i ask is because I want to start running myself. Nothing major just trying to get a bit fitter before the start of the season. :thumbs:

I'd have no way of measuring how far I've run anyway :|

then a long jog, about 2 hours and but i wouldnt hav a clue for far it is i go for, i might have to google earth it to give you and idea :lol:

Monday - go for a long jog
Wednesday - Sunday team training and then 5 a side league game 50mins
Thursday - recovering from wednesday :lol: !!
Saturday - go for a short jog in the morning
Sunday - Match Day

Monday - 5 a side for 90 mins
Thursday - Team training for about an hour
Sunday - Team training - 2 hours.

I'm going to start going for short jogs(probably an hour or so) on Tuesday and Friday. Nothing major, just want to keep the stamina up.

Monday - Sauna etc (rest day)
Tuesday - 2 Hours training for Saturday Side
Wednesday - 2 Hours training for Sunday side
Thursday - Gym..muscle strengthening
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Match day
Sunday - Match day

My 2 teams are both 11-a-side...most tuesday and wednesdays I go the gym and work on my upperbody....

Monday for 25 mins in the league
Tuesday 90 mins 6-a-side or 11-a-side depending on how many people turn up training.

When I was younger played 11's for a few teams.

Used to play five a side about 3-4 times a week, some in a league and some for fun..But not anymore :( I miss it...

Properly - as in for a team

Mondays - train for 1 mates team 90mins
Tuesdays - In goal 5 aside 28mins
Wednesdays- Saturday team training 120 mins
Thursdays - Sunday team training 90mins
Friday - wahoo night off :lol:
Saturdays - atm 120mins training for saturday team - will be a match
Sundays - kickaround with mates for a couple of hours - will be a match

It rules my life away from work - i love it :thumbs:
