It's not energy your lacking - it's motivation. You should not need to be fuelling or taking on caffein/sugar supplements pre workout if you are eating sensibly and drinking enough fluid the rest if the time .... 2 hours plus into an endurance event - maybe then you start looking at fuelling.

I use craze quite abit, seems pretty decent but your body soon builds up tolerance. Used jack3d 3d as well that was also pretty decent. Although haven't tried it since they removed the banned substance. Some people find pre workout pointless I personally like them.

I take Gaurana extract in a coffee before I go. Getting up at 5AM at the minute for work so by the time I leave to go to the gym, im usually pretty whacked.

I also have a scoop of Dextrose in water whilst i'm training, it staves of fatigue, or at least it has done for me, compared to when I don't have it.

i struggle to be bothered to do any form of cardio after an hour of weights at the gym. i do the cardio the days I'm not at the gym on the bike or out for a run.

i eat a banana on the way to the gym, thats about all i bother with.

Never used any but from what I gather most of them are horseshit. I drink coffee.

Also if you have no motivation to go to the gym then necking some No-Xplode isn't going to give you any

hello ive only been going to the gym for a month now,but some times i struggle with motivation.
i also would like to get out on my pushbike after the gym but oftern cba.
does anyone use a pre workout if so what one
