Dont have to use Flash  Could do but you'd be creating so much work for yourself.

Yeah Alex just take a 360 panorama, loads of apps online which let you throw the images in and it creates the effect you want.

Do one for each, embedded swf on the page with a layout of the property, click the room
and see the panorama.

If this is something you are likely to do a lot of let me know and I'll dig out some AS for a similar site I did a few years back.

will have to be built up in flash mate for it to interact and I have never done flash :(

As for the size of the rooms, small the better I would imagine... less frames to have to use :)

Doesn't help the rooms are as big as a normal bathroom though.

I'll just get the necessary software mate, Zoomify in photoshop may be an option, but not sure how versitle it is to add into a webpage?

Aren't some of them created virtually? CAD etc???

If I was going to do it I would do it like google maps and like you said above, just tripod it and shoot as many shots as you can to try and get a seemless fit

Virtual Tours - Like Estate Agents do....

Is it the case of Tripod and spin round the room 360 degrees? Or is it the case of something else?

How are they done, got to go and do it at 12pm to take the pictures, not decided how to do it yet! :o

On their website, they're wanting 360 tour or equivelent, so I thought maybe a big panorama....

Shall I just take the pics as I would for a panorama, could I use them to make a full 360 tour, if thats what they're wanting?
