u culd also leave a bit of teh car in colour just poking out of teh white frame would look awsome

open your image

duplicate the layer

desaturate the background layer

Select the top layer (one in colour)

then use the rectangle select tool

draw a selection rectangle the size of the car

go SELECT -> transform selection

rotate it to the desired rotation

go SELECT -> Inverse

press delete

go SELECT -> Inverse

EDIT -> Stroke

Set border to white, and desired border thickness, press done

Double click to the area just to the right of the top layer name (in the layers panel)

then you can add a shadow like shown above (Drop shaddow)

Hope that made sense (and works)

on photoshop?

select area you want keeping colour, make background b/w, thats all i know...
