Highest Iso, max aperture, probably a tripod and slow shutter or failing that use the flash, sure it wouldnt scare them?

On a Nikon highest ISO possible, start off using the auto functions on the camera to let it tell you what it think is best. Then jump to full manual and experiment :)

Your shutter speed needs to be faster but doing so will probably under expose the picture.

eyup only me again lol, right basically we have a group of fox's that come to the field across the road from me and recently they have had cubs. so i thought i would try and get some pics of them but when i take a pic it comes out blurred (camera seems to take ages to take the pic) i havnt put the camera into night pic mode in auto as the flash would scare the fox's away. there is a street lamp just next to where they come providing some light. its just iratating because im not sure of what settings to change to stop the pictures being blurred. |
