if you are using ctrl+t make sure you hold the shift key while you resize otherwise it'll go out of scale

if you want to change the size of a new layer for example if you have cut part of the grill out to cover the badge just press ctrl+t to resize it.

if its on a new layer, select that layer then it should come up with some resizing option (a box round the object with little squares) drag these out and your done!

Ok, I use the lassoo tool to cut out a particular part of a picture, and then i move it onto another picture. But when i place this layer onto the picture, its smaller than i need it to be. How do I resize/enlarge this particular layer/object so it suits the need of the picture.

Thanks in advance
