Cheers - conveniently the podium is well lit so the photographers can shoot without flash so I could get decent pics at ISO 200. I also followed the rule that it's always better to under expose a shot than to over do it. Helped that I was only a few meters away too :) | |

Actually, thinking about it, it was amputees doing the javelin and blind people throwing the discuss. | |

There were a lot of blind people running, throwing javelins and discus' last night! I saw Pistorius' run too, the photos I took were all blurred as were the ones of David Weir in the 5k wheelchair race :( | |
