They look even more fake on flickr now you can see the sharpness on them, they look like very good CGI

I thought they were just being picky lol.
I've never really taken much notice of my shots after I uploaded them.

If so many people have commented on sharpness, what did you think it was?

Might be worth to check if sharpening is set to 100% on your monitor...

Yeah, photobucket always resizes the pics. I really should use somewhere else, but it's force of habbit lol

I don't think realism was the goal.

The effect is interesting and the execution seems alright, but on its own it's just not very interesting.

Maybe a smaller aperture for sharper background. Though looking at it, the sharpening issues might be down too poor resizing.

Exposure is too long, slightly less blur would have made it look more realistic.

Looks like CGI

I'm not overly happy. The setting was okay, but a little bland.
I was only down there because my mate and his dad were fishing and I was keeping myself occupied with my camera. Playing with the new tripod, seeing what shapes I can get it into and messing with different filters.

Top one is best, but can't help but think they're lacking something, can't even figure out what :(

You pleased with results?
