Optical zoom - ie. that done by a lens will have no effect on image quality as such. Digital zoom which is done inside the camera will do as you're basically taking the picture and discarding the outer portion in order to zoom. | |

What difference does it make using zoom from a distance or taking the picture from a bit closer? | |

Does the camera have zoom? If so get further away from the car and use it. | |

instead of just jumping right in this time i thought a bit more about location, lighting and angles... i'm quite happy with them in comparison to my last set of photographs |
